ZP1100A series Rotary Tablet Press Machine

1. Applications

An economical automatic continuous rotary high-speed tablet press, the series ZP1100 A rotary tablet press is mainly used in the tablet production in pharmaceutical factories. The machine is also applicable to foodstuff, electric cell, chemical and electronic industries to press the granular material into tablets.

The machine is applicable for pressing different sizes of round tablets as well as shaped or double-sided letter-engraved tablets.

The machine is suitable to the granular materials that contain less 10% of powder (over 100 mesh). It is not applicable for half-round, gelatinous, damp and powered materials.

2. Functions and Features

• A force feeder device is equipped in this machine, which can solve bad fluidity for material, weight difference for tablets and dust-rising.
• Simultaneously equipped a vacuum conveyer(feeder), which can reduce the labor

Force, prevent the cross contamination with the outside and meet the GMP requirement .( optional)

• Featuring high pressure, the machine is equipped with a pre-pressing device so as

to prolong the tablet pressing time, resulting in high product quality. The machine is applicable for the large-lot production in the Chinese medicine industry in particular.

2.4 The rotary table has a high speed so that the linear speed of the center of the

punch die reaches 69.5m/min and the machine meets the requirements for the high-speed tablet press, thus raising the productivity greatly.

• The advanced imported sensors are used on the machine and the protection

device for upper punch failure is provided. When the upper punch failure arises and the inching switch is touched, the machine will stop immediately so as to prevent the machine units including the feeder from being damaged.

• PLC is used in the control unit of the machine. A Siemens touch display screen

is used as the operation panel, resulting in convenient and easy observation. As the operation interface of the user, the display screen can be used to display main technical parameters, average pressure value; to set up the operating parameters, such as the speed of rotary table, and the control parameters, such as the working pressure; set up and display various production parameters; quickly locate the failures and display the causes and the remedies so as to improve the maintenance efficiency.

Application

QVC series pneumatic vacuum conveyer is used in automatic feeding material for tablet press machine, capsule filling machine, packing machine, pulverizing machine, screen machine and mixing machine. It does not need any mechanical vacuum pump, so it is simple structure, small volume, without repairing, no noise and easy being controlled.
