Application

It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries, for pressing various granular raw materials into tablets.

Characteristics:

• The outside part of the machine is fully enclosed. The material of the cover and the inside table face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G.M.P. requirement.
• The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
• It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the windows can be opened cleaning and maintenance is easier.
• The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
• An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
• It is with mechanical controlled.

During this Warranty period, the seller will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice.(we will also provide one set of spare parts /wear &tear parts to customer along with the shippment of the machine.
