Features

* The drive part is fully closed under the operation platform, safe and reliable without pollution;

* Stainless steel operation panel with touch switch;

* Two hanging types of tube bin: inclined or direct, either of them is optional;

* The arc handrail is equipped with vacuum suction device. After the interaction between it and tube pressing device, the tubes will be charged into the tube feeding station;

* At photoelectric tracking station, it adopts high-precision detector and stepper motor to control the tube pattern in right position;

* After filling, the air blowing device will blow off the residual paste at the end of the tube;

* No tube, no filling;

* The internal part of tube tail adopts Leister hot air generator to heat for sealing while the external part is equipped with cooling device to reduce temperature;

* Print the character code in right position as the process required at coding station;

* The shaping manipulator cuts the tube tail into right angle or rounded angle for choice;

* Alarm for any fault and stop for overload;

* It can count and stop for certain quantity.
