DPP-180H High-speed Alu-PVC blister packing machine is innovated and designed by our technicians with integrating the advantages of domestic and oversea Alu-PVC packing machines. The parts contacting with medicine are made of stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, which is suitable for packing not only plain tablets, sugar-coated tablets, capsules in pharmaceutical, food and health-care industries, but also fluid material such as honey, chocolate cream and spices. This machine integrates ten functions - roll material unwinding, Alu/PVC (Alu-Alu) conveying, blister forming, filling, waste recycling, heat sealing, batch No. printing, indentation, medicine plate cutting and finished product counting in one. The packing material is safe and sanitary with good sealing effect.

Performance and Characteristics

1. Stepless frequency converter, servo traction, one touch ready for stroke adjustment;
2. Stroke adjustable, ranging from 40 to 120mm, adjust conveniently and synchronize accurately;
3. It adopts plate-type mould, forming with positive pressure, batch no., indentation line and auto-recycling of waste Alu foil / Alu-Alu;
4. It’s equipped with a set of universal feeder, the filling rate of which can reach above 99.5%. The feeder can be equipped with dust collection connector to solve the dust problem in feeding process.
5. It adopts two matching plates closing to heat, which can minimize the heat loss of heater, so the demanded temperature of heated will reduce greatly.
